Hijab Styles

Hijab Styles

Of late i have been looking more and more into hijab fashion, for weddings and every day day wear. So it comes as no surprise that sisters are quite literally doing it for themselves, here are some hijab styles by Saman, who has been kind enough share her different looks, check out her facebook page here

Here's more about saman and what inspires her...

Born and raised in Canada.  Originally from Lahore,  Pakistan.  I am married with two beautiful children.  My daughter Rummanah is 3 years old and my son Yameen is 8 months old.  After I gave birth to my daughter I became a full time mom and a part-time make up artist.  I always knew I had a passion for makeup, since I was a young girl I would always read magazine on how to create different looks.  I have also been fascinated by watching youtube tutorials.

I have been wearing hijab since 2005 but always used to wear the same old black square hijab.  I got my inspiration from Amena the owner of Pearl Daisy.  I used to watch her videos alot when i was pregnant with my son.  I guess i had nothing better to do so i got myself involved with these lovely hijab tutorials.  In the beginning it was frustrating as i could never get it right but I never gave up.  I kept practising until i got it right.  It used to take more then 5 min to style a hijab and now in seconds i am done.  I love my hijab and enjoy creating different styles with different fabric and color.  I am becoming better and better everyday and its amazing that you can create so many styles with one hijab.
